Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted via PlasmaPart.com & with PlasmaPart Limited. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference if you wish. Please note that in these terms and conditions "you", "your", "yours" and "yourself" are references to any person ordering goods from the website, over the phone, in person and by mail order and "we", "our" and "ours" are references to PlasmaPart.com.
Notification of changes
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any changes will apply to subsequent orders.
To place an order for any goods you should follow the procedures set out on the checkout page of the website, and it is your responsibility to ensure that all details of any order are complete and accurate.
Placing an order
Each order shall be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. We will not be bound to supply any goods ordered until we have notified you of our acceptance of an order. The acceptance of your order will consist of the dispatch email from us to you notifying you of the dispatch of your order. We are entitled to reject any order and will notify you of any such rejection.
1st class Royal Mail goods will normally be delivered within 1 working day of us accepting your order, machines and other goods carried by courier will normally be delivered within 2 working days and same-day deliveries will be made same day when agreed by ourselves. All deliveries are subject to their respective carrier's terms of business. We will contact you by email if delivery is likely to be delayed beyond these periods, giving you the option to cancel your order.
Postage and Packing
Please refer to the "Delivery" page of PlasmaPart.com for information regarding delivery.
Full payment for any goods ordered must be made by credit card or debit card, bank transfer or cheque in advance of delivery. All prices are in UK pounds sterling. Payment is taken from your card at the time we receive your order. The conversion of your currency to UK sterling may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
All goods are advertised for sale subject to availability. In the event of us being unable to supply the goods ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. Where goods are unavailable for any reason, we may propose either to provide you with substitute goods of equivalent quality and price or contact you and offer the goods at a later date. Should any goods ordered not be available or any substitute goods not be to your reasonable satisfaction, we ask that you return the goods to us at your expense. A full refund of the purchase price will be given.
Sometimes product specifications from the manufacturer may change. In this event, we will do our best to provide a substitute of the same or better specifications at the same price. If you do not wish to accept this substitution, you may return it to us at your expense for a full refund of the purchase price.
We try to ensure that the prices indicated on the website are up to date and accurate. However, we accept no liability for any errors and omissions and the final price of goods is the price in force at the time of us accepting your order. If a product has been listed at a lower price by mistake and you have ordered that product, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, a full refund will be issued.
All goods are delivered with an unconditional 7-day money back guarantee in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. In order to return goods under your money back guarantee, you must email us at email@example.com or write to us within 7 working days of delivery of the goods, and you must arrange for and pay the cost of returning the goods to us. We will refund the sums paid for the goods delivered to you as soon as possible.
If you are returning goods because they were ordered in error, you no longer require them or for any other reason than they are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not fit for purpose then a 10% handling fee applies to the resulting refund. In all cases if the goods are not returned in satisfactory saleable condition we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
If replacement parts are being purchased at the same time as returning parts the 10% handling charge may be waived at our discretion.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery or not of satisfactory quality, please contact PlasmaPart.com within seven working days of receipt of the goods. We will, at our option, deliver replacement goods or refund the price paid.
Where replacement parts or components are ordered specially in for the customer, and where advice is given regarding the fitment and suitability of a particular part or component on a specific machine, the responsibility regarding the compatibility of the part lies with the customer. Damaged goods or liability for any consequential loss or injury arising from misuse or fitment of components or parts to an unsuitable machine will not be accepted or payments refunded.
With regard to plasma cutters, welders and other machines - if the machine is found to be faulty within 28 days, a new machine will be issued in place of the faulty item which must be kept in good condition and packaged correctly so as to not be damaged in transit, before it is picked up by our carrier.
Machines that fail after 28 days and up to the warranty term will be collected by us for inspection and repair or replacement at our discretion.
All goods which you intend to return must be kept in good condition whilst in your possession.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, fire, flood, meteorite, act of god, act of terrorism, strikes, theft, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
The risk in goods sold to you shall pass to you so that you are responsible for loss, damage or deterioration of the goods or a part thereof at the time of delivery.
Limitation of liability
We shall not be liable or responsible for any injury, illness, accident, misfortune, loss of profit, loss of earnings, loss of life however caused as a result of buying and/or using or misusing the product(s).
In no event shall PlasmaPart.com be liable or responsible to you or any third party for any personal, mental, physical injury or illness, consequential, direct, indirect, special or contingent damages arising from the use, misuse or failure of the product(s) sold or advice given. Our cumulative liability on account of a claimed defect in any product supplied by PlasmaPart.com or any damages of whatsoever type caused by the use or misuse of the products(s) shall in no event excede the purchase price paid by you.
These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless agreed by ourselves in writing.
